Dennis Lowell Burt

Dennis Lowell Burt, 76, of McCune, KS passed from his earthly home on his way to a

heavenly home on January 24, 2026.

He was born on February 6, 1949, in Oklahoma City, OK to Russell and Maurine (Arterburn) Burt.

He married Rita Satzler on March 9, 1985. One son was born from this union.

Dennis was a lifetime member of the Church of Christ and was a servant in many ways.

He loved to bring God’s word by preaching, teaching, and leading and singing praises to

the Lord. He and his Dad served as deacon and elder together for several years at the

Northwest Church of Christ in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

His profession was drafting/CAD operator in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas. His

hobbies included photography, woodworking, and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Chris

He is survived by his wife and three children Lara, Terri, and Justin and two sisters, Linda and Loretta.
