Glenn Edward Nutt, 94, of McCune, KS, passed away on May 07, 2025, at Via Christi Village in Pittsburg, Kansas.
Glenn was born on February 6, 1931, to Clarence Paul "Chick" and Letha Blanche (Copper) Nutt in McCune, Kansas. He married Dianne Unacks on March 31, 1978. She survives of the home.
Glenn worked for 25 years at Dickie Clay in Pittsburg. He then was a self employed farmer. He also raised and traded some of the best foundation bred quarter horses in the country. Was an avid pheasant and quail hunter up into his 70's with frequent trips to western kansas. He also was an avid pitch card player.
He is survived by his wife Dianne Nutt of Mccune, KS; a daughter, Sheila Nutt of Helena, MT; a step-son, Allen Timmons of High Point, NC; a sister, Lu Ross of Spokane, WA; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sons, Kenny Nutt, Eddie Nutt, and Rick Nutt, two brothers, Gordon Nutt and Ronald Nutt, and a sister, Nora Mae Shaffer.
A Graveside Service will be on Saturday, May 17, at 11:00 A.M. at the McCune City Cemetery with Aaron Williams officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, 114 E. 4th St., Pittsburg, KS.
