Harold Lloyd Johnson, 84, of Pittsburg, passed away at 2:06 a.m. Tuesday, October
28, 2025 at his home.
He was born April 27, 1941 in Pittsburg, the son of Charles Harold and Nadine M.
(Pipkin) Johnson. He attended Lincoln Elementary School, Roosevelt Junior High
and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1959.
Harold owned a motorcycle shop in his younger years. He continued actively
selling, buying, and riding bikes his entire life. He was particularly fond of the
Ducati and Norton bikes. He had many joyous adventures on the bikes with his
pals. He was lucky to have such good friends, who helped him tremendously near
the end of his life.
Survivors include, a niece, Kay Pettit of Lawrence, Kansas, and a nephew, Roger
Herron of Mission, Kansas.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Correne Herron and Phyllis Johnson.
A Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 1) at the
Brenner Mortuary. A private family burial will take place at a later time in the
Farlington Cemetery, near Farlington, Kansas. Friends may leave condolences

Brenner Mortuary, Pittsburg, KS.
