James Sharp, Jr.

James Sharp, Jr., 84, of Frontenac, passed away at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Via Christi Village in Pittsburg.

He was born February 9, 1938 at Claremore, Oklahoma to James Sr. and Florance (West) Sharp.

He served in the United States Navy for almost 20 years.

Survivors include a brother, Ronald Sharp of Virginia Beach, Virginia; two sisters, Linda Geren of Pittsburg and Joann McCabe of Frontenac.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday (March 12) at the Brenner Mortuary with Rod Perez officiating. Burial will follow in the Frontenac Cemetery, where the United States Navy Honor Guard will provide military graveside honors. Friends may also leave online condolences at www.brennermortuary.com.
