Jeffery Lynn Pryor

Jeffery Lynn Pryor, 58, of Pittsburg, Kansas, passed away on the evening of November 1, 2023. Jeffery has battled a number of health conditions throughout his life. Jeffery had many job skills including being a CNA, a landscaper, and even worked in various factories before becoming disabled. Jeff liked going around collecting metal and taking it to the recycle center. Jeff was a lifelong Chief's fan. Jeffery was a loving father and an exceptional grandfather. Some called him Jeff for short and others knew him as "Beatle Juice."

Jeffery is survived by his long-term girlfriend, Sharyl Johnson of Pittsburg, KS; ex-wife, Vickie Reed of Pittsburg, KS; 4 brothers, Rick Pryor and Greg Pryor of Pittsburg, KS, Ronnie Pryor, and John Jr. Pryor of Oklahoma; 3 sisters, Rhonda Ulmer and Linda Lange of Joplin, MO, Joyce Weimer of Girard, KS; 2 daughters, Jessica Pryor-Little and Clarence Little of Joplin, MO, and Heather Pryor of Frontenac, KS; 3 sons, James Pryor of Pittsburg, KS, William Pryor and Michelle Pryor of Arma, KS, and Nathan Pryor of Pittsburg, KS; 45 grandchildren and a great grandson and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Waring-Pryor, and ex-wife, Kerri McCool Whitter, his parents, Johnny Pryor and Betty Johns-Pryor, a brother, Danny Pryor, a sister, Janet Pryor-Hartman, aunt, Shirley Johns-Hemby, and uncle, Roy Johns.

A celebration of life will be held at Liberty Baptist Church 1714 W. 20th in Pittsburg. If you do not have Jessica Pryor-Little on Facebook add her because the date will be added later. The family will welcome any prepared dishes you wish to bring. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, 114 E. 4th St., Pittsburg, KS.
