Leola May (Swift) Arbuckle

Leola May Arbuckle, 91, of Pittsburg, passed away at 4:36 a.m. Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Pittsburg Care and Rehab in Pittsburg.

She was born December 18, 1931 at Buffalo, Missouri, the daughter of Amos and Opal Swift

On August 12, 1950, he was united in marriage to Charles Eugene Arbuckle, Sr. at Pittsburg. He preceded her in death on August 6, 2022.

Membership was held in the Assembly of God Church.

Leola is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Ann Shipman of Frontenac; a sister-in-law, Alice Arbuckle of Pittsburg; two grandchildren, Justin Michael Shipman (Sarah) and Michelle Ann Shipman (Austin); and 5 great-grandchildren, Maddison Michelle Jones, Sophia Rosanne Bell, Cameron Michael Raider, Noah Michael Shipman and Isaac Raider.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Pamela Sue Arbuckle, a son, Charles Eugene Arbuckle, Jr,

Private family services will be held at a later date. Local arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary.
