Nellie Mae Kozjek, 95, of Frontenac, KS, passed away on August 05, 2024, at Oakview Estates in Frontenac, Kansas.
Nellie was born on October 23, 1928 to John and Mildred Mycroft (Shock) Harvey at Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She married Albert Steven Kozjek on Saturday, June 17, 1950, at Frontenac, KS. He preceded her in death on August 26, 2011.
Nellie was a homemaker and enjoyed ceramics, cooking, and decorating.
Membership was held at the First United Methodist Church in Frontenac, KS.
She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Stowe (Charles) of Frontenac, KS; one grandson, Fred Turner (Lindsey) of Bastrop, TX; her Great Grandson, Chase Turner, and Great Grand Daughter Kylee Turner.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Private graveside services will be held at National Cemetery at Fort Scott, KS. The family suggests memorials be given to First United Methodist Church of Frontenac or Harry Hynes Hospice. These may be left at or mailed to the Brenner Mortuary, 114 East 4th St., Pittsburg, KS 66762. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, Pittsburg, KS.
