Robin R Sloan

Robin R Sloan, 67, of Pittsburg, KS, passed away on October 19, 2024, at Mercy Hospital - Pittsburg in Pittsburg, Kansas.

Robin was born on December 30, 1956, to Walter John and Lois Ailiene (McQueen) Riley in Pittsburg, Kansas. She attended Pittsburg High School, then Pittsburg State University, Washburn University and lastly, Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, where she received her degree to become a Funeral Director. Robin was enlisted in the United States Army, from 1976 to 1983 as an Army Clerk.

She is survived by two daughters, Amanda Wright (Kevin) of Franklin, OH and Piper Wiles (William) of Topeka, KS and one sister, Shayne Anderson (Barry) of Frontenac, KS; grandchildren, Noah Galindo and Keaton Galindo.She was preceded in death by her parents.

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date in the Ft. Scott National Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to SEK Humane Society. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, 114 E. 4th St., Pittsburg, KS.
