Ronnie Lee Shiverdecker

Ronnie Lee Shiverdecker, 78, of Joplin, Missouri, formerly of Cherokee, Kansas, passed away at 1:38 p.m., Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Westgate of Wildwood Ranch in Joplin.

He was born July 7, 1947, in Fulton, Missouri, the son of Joe and Dixie (Foster) Shiverdecker. 

He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Barry Williamson of Joplin, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Connie Shiverdecker of Neodesha, Kansas and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mark Shiverdecker.

Ronnie has been entrusted to Brenner Mortuary for cremation. A private family graveside service will be at a later date in the Highland Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, Pittsburg, KS.
