It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tim Cleveland, age 66, on May 6, 2026, due to a work-related accident.
Tim was born on May 10,1959 in Concordia, KS to Kenneth and Barbara (Cummings) Cleveland. He owned Tim Cleveland Painting company and did remodeling and construction as well as residential and commercial painting in the Pittsburg and Wichita areas. Tim’s faith in God was very important to him, and he attended PittNaz Church in Pittsburg.
He is survived by Bendy Cunningham who Tim called his “baby” and his “better half”; his daughter, Jessica Cleveland (Samuel), Wichita, Kansas; son, Stratton Arbuckle; two sisters Cindy Kahrs (Steve), Clay Center, Kansas and Janet Cleveland, Eldorado, Kansas; brother, Terry Cleveland (Deanna), Salina, Kansas; grandchildren Maggie, Oso and Boaz. Tim’s also survived by his bonus family, Sandy Myers, Sasha Frost, Corey Hollis and Curt Cunningham and families, and his fur babies, Ember and Leo.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life followed by a visitation will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on
Thursday, May 14, 2026, at PittNaz Church, 816 E Quincy St, Pittsburg. The family suggests memorials be made to PittNaz Celebrate Recovery program or the SEK Humane Society. These may be left at the church or mailed to Brenner Mortuary, 114 E 4th St, Pittsburg, KS 66762.
