William Moore Jr.

William Moore Jr., 43, of Pittsburg, passed away on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025.

William was born July 15th, 1982 in Baxter Springs to Candy Eckles and William “Bill” Moore Sr. He attended grade school in Chetopa and Pittsburg, later graduating from Girard High School. He currently worked for Home Depot as a Department Supervisor. He loved his job and truly valued his coworkers.  

William was united in marriage with Jackie Clements on September 19th, 2015. He was a kind soul and always good for a joke. He loved his family above all else.

William is survived by his wife; Jackie, a son; Abel William Lee Moore, and mother-in-law; Jeanne Clements, all of the home. His daughter; Paige Moore, three sisters; Rachel (Kelly) Wright, Mandy Anjain, Mercedes Eckles, and his father; William Moore Sr. He is preceded in death by his mother; Candy (Eckles) Moore, and grandmother; Bonnie Brooks.

A rosary will be prayed by Fr. Caleb Kuestersteffen at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 at Brenner Mortuary. A visitation will follow from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Funeral Services will begin at 12:00 PM Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 at Brenner Mortuary, with Fr. Caleb Kuestersteffen officiating. The family suggests memorials be made to the Homer Fund at Home Depot. Memorials can be left in care of Brenner Mortuary. Services are under the direction of Brenner Mortuary, 114 E. Fourth St., Pittsburg, KS.
